Tsja, I'm a sucker for Disney movies :)


Behalve dan dat ik het een supermooi nummer vind, heb ik dit geplaatst met een reden. Lees de songtekst eens (Zie ergens onderaan dit bericht) en realiseer je wat er staat


"Let it go, let it go.." Hell, soms wou ik dat ik Elsa was, en nee, niet alleen vanwege haar krachten om alles in sneeuw en ijs te veranderen, hoewel ik moet toegeven dat me dat ook behoorlijk gaaf lijkt!

Als je er over na gaat denken, is dat voor mij heel erg herkenbaar: Dat is denk ik wat ik al jaren doe; me verbergen voor mensen achter mijn masker van lief, verlegen, altijd lachend, flauw gevoel voor humor hebbend meisje. Waar altijd alles goed mee gaat en die op het eerste gezicht misschien ook echt een hoop voor elkaar heeft, ook al is er vrijwel niemand meer die dat gelooft...


Maar  ondertussen? Tsja, achter het masker schuilt de onzekerheid, het zoeken naar zekerheid en veiligheid, en, oh ja, een eetstoornis die me maar niet met rust lijkt te willen laten. (Samen met de oh-zo-gezellige ik-wil-dood gedachten).

Soms zou ik willen dat het leven een Disney film zou zijn en ik de prinses. Zou het dan beter gaan? Geen idee, maar misschien, heel misschien, zouden mijn problemen behapbaarder zijn als het onderdrukte 'slechte' magische krachten zouden zijn of slechte heksen, of wat dan ook in het Disney universum dan een aantal demonen/gevechten die zich vooral in mijn hoofd voordoen.
